Qualifications:
Generally, the qualifications required for those positions are native speakers of the languages we need, for example English, French , Japanese, Korean and etc., at least Bachelor Degree and 20 to 60 years old, with good health in body & mind and some experience in teaching his or her native language as a second language.

Conditions
The following is the conditions we offer to foreign teachers:

(1) Monthly Salary:
2,500 - 3,000 yuan for those holding a bachelor's degree or with assistant Lecturer titles
3,000 - 3,500 yuan for master's degree holders or with Lecturer titles
3,500 - 4,000 yuan for those holding doctor's degrees or with associate professor titles (senior lecturer in the British Commonwealth countries)
4,000 - 5,500 yuan for those holding professor titles
Note: Salary will be paid at the end of the first month’s teaching.
2) Lodging:
Foreign teachers are provided with free housing equipped with necessary furniture, air-conditioner, telephone, TV set, washing machine, water heater, and bathroom and kitchen facilities. Gas, electricity, telephone and internet bills should be covered by the users.
3)Travel Allowance: 1,100 yuan is granted by the end of a semester for travel in the country.
4) Medical Care:
Foreign teachers are given the same medical care as the Chinese staff for minor ailments; serious ailments should be covered by the patients themselves. It is suggested that candidates should arrange medical insurance before they come to China.
5) Transportation:
Traveling expenses from the home country to Guilin should be covered by the candidates themselves. School bus transport is provided for free.
