一、招生类别
硕士研究生，学制2年；博士研究生，学制3年。
二、招生专业
申请者可选择广西师范大学开设的所有硕士和博士专业（具体专业介绍详见附件，英语、韩国语等非汉语专业的外语专业不可以选择）
三、中国政府奖学金生享受的待遇标准如下：
1．免交学费、住宿费；
2．每月生活费（博士3500元，硕士研究生3000元人民币）；
3．医疗保险（每人800元/学年，400元/学期）。
四、申请条件
1．申请人必须为非中国籍公民，且在籍六年以上，身体健康；奖学金招收名额只用于招收新生，已在华学习的外国留学生不可以申请。
2．申请来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；申请来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁。
3．汉语要求：申请攻读汉语专业硕士学位者，汉语水平应达到新HSK五级；申请攻读非汉语专业硕士学位者，汉语水平应达到新HSK四级；申请攻读博士学位者，汉语水平应达到新HSK六级。
备注：如汉语水平未能到达上述要求者，可以申请一年或两年的汉语补习（最长只能申请两年的汉语补习，汉语补习期间享受奖学金待遇）。汉语补习结束后，必须参加HSK考试，HSK成绩达到上述要求者，才可以转入到专业学习；HSK成绩未达到上述要求者，将会被取消奖学金资格。
五、申请办法及需提交的材料（均为一式三份，按顺序提交）
1．《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文填写）。该申请表在网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua/notice.html填写，在线提交，并打印原件及复印件一共三份。我校的招生机构代码为：10602。
2. 护照复印件或电子版扫描件。
3．经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请者为海外在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明或就业单位出具的在职证明。中、英文以外的其它外语文本，需提交公证机构公证成中文或英文的译文文本（可到中国驻当地大使馆的公证机构公证）。
4． 来华学习和研究计划（不少于800字，用中文或者英文书写）。
5．外国人体格检查表复印件（原件自行保存）。此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，仅限来华学习的时间超过6个月者，须用英文填写，可在中国签证服务中心网站下载http://www.visaforchina.org/BRU_ZH/upload/Attach/mrbj/273605.pdf。 申请人须严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。
6．由两名教授或副教授出具的推荐信，用中文或英文书写（必须为正式信笺形式，并附上推荐教授的联系方式）。
六、报名申请截止日期
上述纸质版和电子版材料须同时于2017年4月15日前交到广西师范大学国际交流处外国留学生招生办公室。逾期不再受理。

I. Scholarship Category
This is a full scholarship to sponsor students to study in Guangxi Normal University, P.R. China, for their master's degree (two years) or PhD degree programs (three years).
II. Supporting Programs
The Scholarship supports both the master’s and the doctoral programs offered by GXNU except English, Japanese and Korean language and culture (see Appendix for detailed introduction).
III. Scholarship Coverage and Criteria
1. Exempt from tuition, accommodation fees on campus;
2. Monthly living allowances (CNY Yuan per month):
a. CNY 3,500 for doctorial Degree Students.
b. CNY 3,000 for Master’s Degree Students.
3. Comprehensive insurance (CNY Yuan):
800 CNY Yuan per year, 400 CNY Yuan per semester.
IV. Eligibility Criteria
1. Applicants must be a citizen of a country over 6 years other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health; not be a registered student in Chinese universities at the time of application
2. Applicants must be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for master’s programs; be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for doctoral programs.
3. Requirements for Chinese: applicants of Chinese Master's Degree should pass the HSK (level 5), applicants of non-Chinese Master's Degree should pass the HSK (level 4), and applicants of doctorial Degree should pass the HSK (level 6).
NOTE:
Scholarship recipients without adequate Chinese proficiency can take Chinese language courses for one or two academic years (at most two years, with scholarship). Recipients must take HSK test after courses and reach the language requirements before moving on to major studies. Failure to reach the required language proficiency will lead to the automatic termination of scholarship.
V. Application Documents (in triplicate and in order)
1. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship（in Chinese or English）. Applicants shall log onto the Scholarship website http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua/noticeen.html, fill in the form and submit it online, prepare 1 printed original and 2 copies of the form. GXNU’s admission code: 10602;
2. Photocopy of passport photo page;
3. Notarized highest diploma: official certification of student status or employment certification. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
4. A Study Plan or Research Proposal in Chinese or English. (A minimum of 800 words)
5. Applicants planning to stay in China for more than 6 months must submit a photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy should be kept by the applicant. The form designed by the Chinese quarantine authority can be downloaded from http://www.visaforchina.org/BRU_ ZH/upload/Attach/mrbj/273605.pdf. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid.
6.Recommendation letters: Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from professors or associate professors (official letterhead, including professors’ contact information).
VI. Application Deadline
The above-mentioned documents should be submitted before April 15, 2017 to International Students Admissions Office of Guangxi Normal University.
