一、招生类别
硕士研究生，学制 2 年；
博士研究生，学制 3 年。

二、招生专业
申请者可选择广西师范大学开设的硕士和博士专业，详见附件1（其中，汉语国际教育硕士专业及英语、日语、韩国语等第三国语言文学类专业不在可选择范围内）。
EnrollmentPrograms
Applicants can choose the master’s and doctoral programs offered by Guangxi Normal University (see Appendix I. Programs of MTCSOL, English, Japanese, Korean and other third-language language and literature cannot beselected).
三、奖学金标准
1. 免交学费、报名费、住宿费。
2. 每月提供生活费（博士3500元人民币，硕士3000元人民币）。
3. 免交综合医疗保险费。（保险内容及理赔程序请登录www.csc.edu.cn/laihua，查阅“来华留学生综合医疗保险简介及理赔指南”）
Coverage andCriteria

2.Living allowance paid monthly (3,500 yuan for Doctoral degree students and 3,000 yuan for Master degree students).
3.Free Medical insurance ( see details of the insurance on the website: www.csc.edu.cn/laihua）.
四、申请条件
1. 申请人必须为非中国籍公民，身体健康；奖学金招收名额只用于招收新生，已在华学习的外国留学生不可以申请。
2. 申请来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过 35 周岁；申请来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过 40 周岁。
3. 语言要求：申请以中文为专业教学语言的学科、专业的，攻读学士学位者及进修生，中文水平原则上至少达到汉语水平考试（HSK）三级，攻读硕士、博士学位者，中文水平原则上至少达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级。
备注：如汉语水平未能到达上述要求者，可以申请一年汉语补习。汉语补习结束后，必须参加HSK考试，HSK 成绩达到上述要求者，方可转入到专业学习；HSK 成绩未达到上述要求者，将会被取消奖学金资格。
Qualifications
1. Applicants should be in good health and non-Chinese citizens. And the scholarship is only aimed for freshman, students who have studied in China have no qualifications to apply.
2. Education background and age limit.
- Applicants for Master degree studies must have bachelor’s degree and should be under the age of 35.
- Applicants for Doctoral degree studies must have master’s degree and should be under the age of 40.
3. Chinese Language Requirement:Those who apply to be taught in Chinese should pass HSK 3 at least, and HSK 4 is also necessary for those who apply Master’s and Doctoral Degree.
Notes: Applicants can apply for one year of Chinese language study if fail to meet the above requirements. After the Remedial ChineseLanguageStudiesiscompleted,applicantsmusttaketheHSKtest,andthose who have achieved the above-mentioned requirements in HSK can be transferred to relevant programs for professional studies; those who do not meet the above-mentioned requirements in HSK will be disqualified from scholarship.
五、申请办法及步骤
1.申请人应登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn）注册个人账号并在线填写申请信息和提交申请材料。请在“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”中选择“留学项目种类Type B”，“受理机构编号”为10602。
2.通过入学资格审核者，学校将提交审核结果，上报留基委。
ApplicationProcedures
1.Applicants should register and log in ‘The Chinese Government Scholarship Information System' (http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn) , fill in and submit the application form. Please choose ‘Program Category Type B' in the system. The ‘agency number' of GXNU is 10602.
2.Those who have passed the preliminary examination of the admission qualification and approved by GXNU will be submitted to CSC.
六、申请材料
1. 护照复印件或电子版扫描件。
2. 学习成绩单。
3. 语言水平证明,申请汉语授课专业请提交HSK的成绩单复印件（如无可不附）。
4. 经过公证的最高学历证明。
5. 来华学习和研究计划（不少于 800 字，用中文或者英文书写）。
6. 《外国人体格检查表》（详见附件 2）。申请人须严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。
7. 由两名教授或副教授出具的推荐信，用中文或英文书写（必须为正式信笺形式，并附上推荐者的联系方式）。
8. 无犯罪记录证明。
以上申请材料请通过“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn）在线提交，无需另外寄送纸质版材料。
ApplicationDocuments
1.Scanned copy of passport.
2.Academic Transcripts.
3.Applicants should submit the Certificate of HSK for the program instructed in Chinese.
4.Notarized highest degree certificate.
5.A Study of Research Plan in Chinese or in English, no less than 800words.
6.Foreigner Physical Examination Form (see Appendix II). Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid.
7.Recommendation letters issued by two professors or associate professors, written in Chinese or English (must be in the form of a letterhead with the contact details of the recommended professor)
8.Non-criminalRecord.
All the application documents must be submitted on ‘The Chinese Government Scholarship Information System'. It is not necessary to post the hard copies.
